  • All puja services, prasad, and religious items purchased from Maa Shakti Pujapa are eligible for replacement only after verification; refunds are generally not provided.
  • We do not take responsibility for damages caused during transportation. However, if the issue is genuine and verifiable, we will provide full support to resolve the matter.
  • In case of a false order or cancellation, the refund will be initiated as per our internal verification process.
  • If any item from the package is missing, necessary action will be taken after investigation.
  • For any inconvenience or support, customers are encouraged to contact us directly.

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage: We deliver prasad, religious items, and puja-related products to the locations listed in our service area. Please check delivery availability during checkout.

2. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges depend on your location and the weight/size of the ordered items.
  • All applicable charges will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment.

3. Delivery Timeframe:

  • Standard delivery time for prasad and products is 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
  • In case of unexpected delays, customers will be notified in advance.

4. Handling of Goods:

  • All items are packaged securely to ensure safe delivery.
  • Any transit-related damage must be reported within 3 hours of delivery for assistance.

5. Support for Services:

  • If you book an online puja, all details will be shared via WhatsApp/email.
  • For any issues with service scheduling, customers may contact our support team.

6. Order Tracking:

  • Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared through WhatsApp/SMS/email to track your parcel.

7. Changes or Cancellations:

  • Order changes or cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

8. Missed Delivery Attempts:

  • In case of unavailability during delivery, the courier partner will attempt re-delivery.
  • After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may return, and re-delivery charges may apply.

9. Damages and Returns:

  • For damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately with photo/video proof.
  • Returned items must remain in original packaging and unused condition.
