We deliver across selected locations in India. Delivery availability can be checked during checkout.

2. Shipping Charges:
  • Shipping charges vary based on delivery location and package weight.
  • All applicable charges are shown clearly before payment.
3. Delivery Timeframe:
  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days.
  • Remote or rural locations may take additional time.
  • Any unexpected delay will be communicated to the customer.
4. Packaging & Handling:
  • All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Please report any damage within 3 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
5. Order Tracking:
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
6. Changes or Cancellations:
  • Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch.
  • No changes or cancellations are allowed after dispatch.
7. Missed Delivery Attempts:
  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-attempts will be made.
  • Repeated failed attempts may result in return shipment and extra charges.
8. Damaged or Missing Items:
  • In case of damaged or missing items, contact us immediately with valid proof.
  • Claims will be processed after internal verification.
9. Online Puja Services:
  • For online puja bookings, all confirmation details will be shared digitally.
  • No physical shipping applies unless prasad delivery is included.
