We deliver across selected locations in India. Delivery availability can be checked during checkout.
2. Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges vary based on delivery location and package weight.
- All applicable charges are shown clearly before payment.
3. Delivery Timeframe:
- Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days.
- Remote or rural locations may take additional time.
- Any unexpected delay will be communicated to the customer.
4. Packaging & Handling:
- All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Please report any damage within 3 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
5. Order Tracking:
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
6. Changes or Cancellations:
- Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch.
- No changes or cancellations are allowed after dispatch.
7. Missed Delivery Attempts:
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-attempts will be made.
- Repeated failed attempts may result in return shipment and extra charges.
8. Damaged or Missing Items:
- In case of damaged or missing items, contact us immediately with valid proof.
- Claims will be processed after internal verification.
9. Online Puja Services:
- For online puja bookings, all confirmation details will be shared digitally.
- No physical shipping applies unless prasad delivery is included.
